The focus of Well On Your Way is to teach you how to live a healthy lifestyle in a way that isn’t an obstacle in your life. By taking steps to live a healthier life, your wellness goals will be met without making them your main focus. You’ll also be equipped to continue your new lifestyle and not go back to detrimental habits. I will work with you on an individual, constant basis to give you the information and tools you need to become a better you. No gadgets, gimmicks or frustrating information for a quick fix.

Once all your questions have been answered and you are ready to start your new lifestyle, simply select a plan, sign the contract and fill out the necessary payment information. You will receive forms to fill out regarding your goals, any existing issues, your current lifestyle, any concerning obstacles you foresee for your success and medical release. Once this information is considered and all follow up questions are answered, you will receive your first steps plan and will have daily communication from me throughout your journey.

There are 3 different plans available, 3 month, 6 month and 12 month. You can determine which one is best for you based on your goal type (long term vs. short term) your wellness goals (15 lbs vs. 50 lbs of weight loss) and your willingness to commit to yourself to make an actual lifestyle change and not just a temporary fix. Lifestyle changes don’t happen overnight and they can be a struggle and you may even experience setbacks. The longer you commit, the more you will learn and be more successful.
